Responsibilities
Collaborate with internal teams to gain a deep understanding of the product and documentation needs
Generate high-quality documentation that adheres to applicable standards and suits the target audience
Craft easy-to-understand user interface text, online help, and developer guides
Develop tutorials to assist end-users in utilizing various applications
Evaluate existing and potential content, emphasizing reuse and single-sourcing opportunities
Design and maintain the information architecture
Qualifications
Basic understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and software development processes
Demonstrated 3+ years of experience in technical software documentation writing
Capability to produce high-quality documentation with attention to detail
Aptitude for quickly understanding complex technical concepts and simplifying them in text and visuals
Excellent proficiency in written English
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office
