Responsibilities

  • Work with product management and engineering teams to define and implement innovative product solutions, visuals, and user experiences

  • Oversee all visual design stages, from initial concept to final hand-off to engineering

  • Develop original ideas that simplify and enhance user-friendliness in complex design challenges

  • Produce wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to communicate design and interaction ideas effectively

  • Present and justify designs and key deliverables

Requirements & Skills

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Web Design/Development, Interaction Design, or a related field

  • Experience working within an Agile/Scrum development process

  • Demonstrated 3+ years experience in user interface (UI) design

  • Strong background in creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps

  • Proficiency in design and wire-framing tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, OmniGraffle, etc.

  • Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for rapid prototyping

  • Excellent visual design skills with a strong understanding of user-system interaction

  • Ability to present and advocate for your designs and solutions to various stakeholders

  • Creative and effective problem-solving skills

  • Up-to-date knowledge of the latest UI trends, techniques, and technologies
