Qualifications

  • BA/BS degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field

  • Proven experience as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Sales Account Manager, Junior Account Manager, or a similar role

  • Demonstrable ability to communicate, present, and influence key stakeholders at various levels of an organization, including executive and C-level

  • Extensive experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho CRM, or HubSpot) and MS Office (particularly MS Excel)

  • Experience in providing client-focused solutions to meet customer needs

  • Proven capability to manage multiple account management projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail

  • Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills

  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities
