Qualifications
BA/BS degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field
Proven experience as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Sales Account Manager, Junior Account Manager, or a similar role
Demonstrable ability to communicate, present, and influence key stakeholders at various levels of an organization, including executive and C-level
Extensive experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho CRM, or HubSpot) and MS Office (particularly MS Excel)
Experience in providing client-focused solutions to meet customer needs
Proven capability to manage multiple account management projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
Strong verbal and written communication abilities
